In this reflective episode, my co-host Gail Donohue and I look back across three recent Healing You Method conversations—with Robert Ndoping on purpose and leadership, Tiare Lum on nature, grief, and inner light, and Tim Fraser on dreams, consciousness, and sovereign choice.
As we revisit these conversations, we notice a thread running underneath all three: the invitation to come back into relationship with yourself.
Purpose may not be a perfect answer waiting somewhere outside of you. It may already be present in what you love doing, what comes naturally, and the small ways you are already helping someone.
Nature is more than a backdrop. The ocean, wind, stones, trees, and land can meet us as companions, witnesses, and teachers—reminding us that relationship extends beyond our human connections.
And when it comes to your inner world—your dreams, instincts, and quiet knowing—others may offer reflections, but no one else gets to become the unquestioned authority over what your experience means.
Together, these conversations invite us to notice what is already alive within us, honor the pace of the body, and remember that awareness can open the space for a new choice.
If this reflection resonates, follow the show, share this episode with someone who needs the reminder, or simply sit with one of the three closing questions this week.
