Sometimes we imagine that only the wealthy can be generous. However, Scripture reveals people who were “incredibly happy, though desperately poor,” who simultaneously begged for the opportunity to give. There is a foundational, core, heart of genuine generosity. Generosity is God’s work into which he invites us.
