In Part 1 of " The Heart of Jesus", Pastor Josh’s sermon highlights how loneliness affects many people, even when they are surrounded by others. God never intended for us to be alone, as seen in Scripture.

In John 5:1-14, Jesus meets a man who has suffered alone for 38 years and asks, “Do you want to get well?” This question reveals His deep compassion and desire to bring healing. Jesus sees us even when we feel invisible and offers hope and transformation.

Sin thrives in isolation, but Jesus brings restoration. Just as He sought out the lonely, we are called to do the same—by seeing others, caring for their needs, and sharing His love. No one is truly alone when Jesus is near. Will we accept His invitation to healing and change?
