It may seem counterintuitive to be silent in a culture that celebrates, even rewards being loud. But silence, my friend, can be your best weapon. While I totally get the appeal of announcing projects to uphold some sort of accountability, there's something to be said about just shutting the #&*$ up. 

I'm sharing a few reasons why silence really is golden and my takeaways from my last silent sabbatical.
