In my twenties and thirties, I was an aboriginal skills instructor, tracker, vision quest leader and wilderness guide for newly sober people. I loved leading people deep into the mountains and desert and was inspired by the courage and creativity of my students.

My early intimate relationships were filled with heartache and poor patterns and I found myself in a sexless marriage. I eventually hired a love coach and dove into personal growth. I later became a Certified Tantra Educator and relationship coach.

In her earlier career as a perinatal and neonatal nurse Kristy realized the essence of her work was nurturing self-attunement in a new mother so she, in turn, could attune to and nurture her baby.

Kristy witnessed this in women again and again: when our need for attunement and nurturing is met profound emotional and spiritual growth happens organically. Helping a woman recover her capacity for exquisite self-attunement became the foundation of her work as a coach. She believes self-attunement, self-nurturing, and self-love feed a woman — and a full woman feeds the world.

In addition to individual, couples and group coaching, Kristy writes and teaches about intimacy, relationships, and the spiritual path of motherhood.
