Hosts Jason & Alli Wiertel were fortunate to sit down with coach before the US took on the International team at Rich Harvest Farms on day 1 of the event. His depth and background is beyond understanding. Born in Houston, Coach JP was influenced by his Ryder Cup Captain Father, Jay Hebert who was also the 1960 PGA Champion and his Uncle Lionel who was the 1957 PGA Champion. Coach worked for Golf Channel and CBS during live PGA events, and has helped develop Longhorn stars such as Doug Ghim, Pierceson Coody, Scottie Sheffler, and more.
