While it was a big day for Swifties (hello, Life of a Showgirl), it was an even bigger day for Sip Happens as we welcomed our esteemed guest, Helen Zhang. We could have talked to the entrepreneur, Brooklyn mom, and long-time hospitality fixture, for 2+ hours. It was only fitting that she was the first guest where we actually sipped on something. Helen shared her inspiration behind Ziggy's Roman Cafe, a new spot opening in Dumbo this year, and dove into her meet-cute with husband and Ziggy's co-founder, Igor Hadzismajlovic of Employee's Only fame.
