Erica is a Black-American school teacher in South Korea. Amazing, right? We discuss her motivations to get the job she has today, her journey to getting there and encounters of racism as a Black-woman in Asia and even in America. Her boss-woman and self-aware personality has led to her having a short-story published in a book called "Black in Asia: A Spill Stories Anthology" that reflects on her experience and feelings of living in Korea.
