“The heart of the matter is that sometimes, going to motivational seminars or reading productivity manuals do not work. You might be stuck at a certain level and somebody might have seen what’s going on with you and told you exactly what you needed to hear to make all the difference in the world. But your mind rejected it. The best way to learn is to experience new sensations yourself — the instant you feel it, your brain requires itself to make sense of the world. And then, you get it now.”

“If you give yourself a year to do something that's really important, it would feel like it's a huge challenge. But If you give yourself 10 years, it would feel inevitable as long as you are willing to put in the work. The question to ask yourself is, ‘Are you willing to put in the work for 10 years?’ If the answer is ‘No’ then it's probably not that important.”

“One of the principles I live by is just being authentic. Always be authentic and be a real person. I think the other one is to become a student of influence. Learn the pillars of influence: social proof, authority, likability, scarcity, and reciprocity. Try to go out into the world and seek excellence, not money. We don't chase money, we chase excellence and we try to get better; we must try to improve and develop ourselves.”
