What has trying to keep everyone happy cost you?

It has cost me quite a bit in my life and it wasn't until therapy that I realized how much of me I put to the side and how others just let me do it. My own trauma in my life held me back because this was expected of me and I am to please.

• Childhood conditioning
• Fear of rejection
• Wanting people to stay
• Being overavailable

My Revelation: I realize way too late about this.

People pleasing is self-abandonment dressed up as kindness.

My Faith Moment was:

God never asked you to sacrifice yourself to earn love.
