On a brand new episode of the High Motion Podcast, Jovan Alford and Harrison Brown of ArenaFan.com previewed ArenaBowl 32 between the Philadelphia Soul (7-5) and the Albany Empire (10-2).

To kick off the show, the duo looked back at how both teams got to this point, including their dominating playoffs over the Baltimore Brigade and Washington Valor.
