On a brand new episode of the High Motion Podcast, Jovan Alford and Harrison Brown of ArenaFan.com spoke with Philadelphia Soul veteran defensive back James Romain.

Romain, who is in his seventh season with the Soul, has been one of the best defensive backs in the Arena Football League this season.
