The High Performance Fatherhood Podcast is hosted by Troy Woods who is the Founder of 300 Fathers and the CEO of Clark Bailey Media. When Troy became a father, his perspective on not only life changed but his approach towards it. He saw that so many fathers  had just become complacent in accepting what life gave them because of fear driven responsibility. The goal of the podcast is to help fathers strive for high performance in parenting, family, health, and business and to show them that their families benefit from their personal development and growth.
