Welcome to the latest episode of The High Performance PT Academy. This month I sat down and had a chat with Jade who joined the academy 3 months ago. I felt it was time to sit and talk to a PT who was at the early stages of their journey rather than someone who is 12 months down the line and earning huge figures through their hard work. Let you guys see that it's a progression from small wins to start with but even though they might seem small in comparison to others, it is still rewarding compared to the struggles they had within their personal training business before joining the academy.
