On this podcast, I attempt to normalize this topic, to give some background, nuance and context for understanding these terms, and hopefully lessening the charge and mystique around it all.
Having a 6th sense is a normal human capacity, but it can get exacerbated if we live in a way that might make it more prominent. Our state of overall health is determined by our state of balance. So it is actually important for us to lean into that, so we can experience more joy, equanimity and peace.
