According to the federal government, levels on each of the Great Lakes reached near or above record highs every month this summer. That has left property-owners and businesses along the lakes incredibly concerned. However, just a few short years ago the worry was over low lake levels. Drew Gronewold, an associate professor of environment and sustainability at the University of Michigan, joins The Agenda to discuss why the swings between the highs and lows are becoming so volatile and how climate change is playing a role.
