President Obama and his family have arrived 오바마 대통령과 가족들이 도착했다.

The president, first lady Michelle Obama, her mother and their two daughters 대통령과, 퍼스트 레이디 미셸 오바마, 그녀의 어머니와 두 딸들은
left Washington for the 16-day trip on Friday evening. 지난 금요일 밤 16일간의 여행 일정으로 워싱턴을 떠났다.
The Obamas will spend the holidays at a rental home in Kailua, 오바마 가족은 카일루아에 집을 빌려 연휴를 보낼 것이다.
on the eastern shore of the island of Oahu. 카일루아는 오아후 섬 동쪽 해안에 위치한 동네
The neighborhood is adjacent to the Marine Corps base in Hawaii. 그 동네는 미해병대 부대에 인접해 있습니다. (차 타고 약 10~15분 거리) (corp –회사 corporation/ corps 군단, 부대)
It will be the fifth year in a row 이번으로 5년 연속으로
the president and his family have spent their vacation in Hawaii, Obama's childhood home. 대통령과 가족이 그의 고향인 하와이에서 휴가를 보낸다.
(하와이 주 출신 최초 대통령이죠 보통 본토, 그것도 보수적인 남쪽에 위치한 주 출신이 많음)
According to the White House, 백악관에 따르면
Obama is not planning to attend any public events through Sunday, Jan. 5. 오바마는 1월 5일 일요일까지 그 어떤 공식석상에 참석하지 않을 예정이라고 한다.
