We talk about the magical aspects of Shadow Work and using it to investigate why your magical practice might now be working for you.

In this episode, I talk a little about how to know whether you're actually reprocessing memories or ruminating and what to do if you're not ready to reprocess difficult memories yet.

In this episode I talk about some considerations for Shadow Working while ill, the connection between illness and death in our Shadow, and some thoughts on how to think through our ideas around a good life and a good death.

In this episode I go over why Quarantine makes Shadow Work so difficult, some considerations for continuing to do it, and some exercises for working with it in circumstances like these.
