Today I share the strategy that has made the biggest difference for me when building teams in Silicon Valley and also when hiring my Virtual Assistant.  Think of it as using the 80/20 rule - spending 80% of your time and energy with the 20% of the applicants who really matter.  

Unfortunately most entrepreneurs today tend to hire fast and fire slow. And it really works much better and easier the other way around.  

The strategy I talk about has been also successfully used by Russell Brunson of Clickfunnels and his company to hire their Facebook Ads person, as well as by other startups.
