We are all familiar with the RVs of today, we own our own RVs in different classes. Some of remember back to the 60’s when the family loaded up into the car and went camping in a pop-up tent or small travel trailer. But what about before that? The 50’s 40’s 30’s and earlier. Although RVing is accepted and popular now, it was a rocky road for our forebearers, when RV’s were met with suspicion and derision.
