The History Files #22: Richard Cantillon and the History of Money, Pt 2

Listen Later

Happy Bastille Day! This week on the History Files we continue our discussion with economics writer Rand MacGreal to further explore the history of money. In particular we learn about Jean Baptiste Say and his Law of Markets, as well as the interesting but unwise economical tenets of John Maynard Keynes. This episode ran long, even with dividing the interview portion in half, but there’s so much interesting material in there that we think it’s worth every minute.
