Scott Kisting has over 35 years of experience in the telecommunications and the structural steel industries and  serves as the government liaison as well as supports other industry initiatives to further education,  Andy Kurtzman, General Counsel & Liaison to Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) for over 20 years and helped it become a leader in standards development. In his role at TIA he  supports the numbering of cellular devices that have been used by over a billion people around the world.
