According to his understanding, the "Magical holistic Kingdom"

consists of three realms: the absolute, the essential and the material. These

three realms constantly interweave and form our reality. Accordingly, we have three kinds of selves: the Ego-self to act in relation to the material word, the Essential self (Point of Light), which is our true self, and Selfhood, which is the absolute. Included in this view are three types of consciousness (subjective everyday consciousness, objective consciousness/diamond body and pure awareness) three types of bodies (material body/form, essential body/stupa and "non-body" in Being) and three types of teachings.
