All of us know about the importance of bathing, But what is Ishnaan ( bathing)? and what is Naam Ishnaan( wisdom bathing)? 
Guru Nanak Dev Ji guides us about going to sacred places of pilgrimage and taking holy dips in the water and for example, going to Ganga or Golden temple and taking a holy bath to rid ourselves of sins and negativity. But how do we actually cleanse ourselves?
