The majority of new believers in the Pentecostal church are no longer receiving the baptism Holy Spirit. Why? What has caused the turn away from what has defined the Pentecostal movement since its birth? I would like to suggest that part of it is because we have turned the Holy Spirit into an experience instead of a person.
