Jesus did not begin His ministry until He was baptized by the Holy Spirit, demonstrating that spiritual power follows Spirit baptism. After Jesus' baptism in the Jordan, He was led by the Spirit into the wilderness before returning in power to Galilee. We are called to be carriers of God's glory, but must yield to the Holy Spirit through times of solitude and meditation on the Word.
