WOOO!! Today's episode is fire!! 

I will ALWAYS be the friend to give you the hard truths that are sometimes brutal to hear, but necessary for growth! I know, sometimes it's a blow to the ego, but who really wants to be lied to just to feel better? That leaves very little room for growth if you ask me.

With that said, today, we discuss judgement- what it's like to be judged, but more importantly what it means when WE judge! 

Listen in for some real talk. It's not always easy; but someone has to do it!

I'm more than happy to be the person you can depend on to be loyal and true (I'll always be that friend to let you know when you have something in your teeth or a boog in your nose) lol, because in my eyes, the world needs less fake and a lot more REAL!
