Aileen and Erik Ehn are agriculturalist through and through. Their trip to Germany and time in Colorado inspired them to buy 2 acres of land to start Hollister Hop Yard. The Hops they produce are a testament to their love for agriculture and to the land they farm. The enjoyable and un-forgetting smell of Hops is something that all in the craft beer culture need to experience.
