The rogue owner of a home in North Vancouver, Emily Yu, is apparently back at it again, less than a month after she was found in contempt of court for using her townhouse for illegal short term rentals. Now the strata’s lawyer will be pushing for a ruling that would force the sale of Yu’s home. But is this the solution to getting Yu to stop using her home as a hostel?
A recent survey by Research Co. has found we’re not that thrilled with the driving skills we witness from others on Canadian roads. 50% say drivers now are worse than they were five years ago. Only 4% say they’re better. Research Co President Mario Conseco joins the show to talk about bad drivers in BC!
