Ecclesiastes 7:2, Ecclesiastes 2:16, Ecclesiastes 2:4-11, Ecclesiastes 3:9-14, Matthew 22:36-40, II Corinthians 13:4-13

My Prayer:
1. God help me to remember the temporal nature of this life (but, please no more tornadoes).
2. God help me to reduce distractions and stop chasing after the wind.
3. God help me be present in a way that I see, appreciate, and value the gifts you give me every single day.
4. God help me to love you more fully.
5. God help me to meaningfully love every single person you put in front of me.

A Few Questions:
1. What am I dreading this week, what am I excited about? Viewed in the light of eternity…are those things important or are they chasing after the wind? How can I change that?
2. Am I present with the people around me? My wife, my kids, my friends…am I experiencing my connection with them?
3. How am I loving the people around me? Am I supporting, forgiving, cheering on who they are?
4. What am I doing to pursue God?
