Andrew Murray and Chris Beckwith are the founding directors of Neighbours Foundation — a nonprofit organization with one mission: build 200,000 attainable homes in 10 years for the Canadians who need them most.

Not luxury condos. Not investor-flipped properties. Real homes, in real communities, priced between $275,000 and $450,000 — for families earning between $55,000 and $170,000 a year. The missing middle. The people who work hard, pay their taxes, and still can't get a foot in the door.
