We have been talking for the last few weeks about energy solutions for residential homes. This week we bring in someone who actually can provide that to you! Harvey Abouelata is this weeks guest on The Housing Hour. Harvey is the President of ARiES Energy.
ARiES Energy is an energy contractor focused on clean and renewable energy products and related services.
ARiES provides energy technology modeling, design, engineering and installation for U.S. and international clients. . ARiES Energy offers their clients renewable and clean energy solutions to meet their rising energy needs and/or environmental governmental mandates.

Also this week, we had Jeff Siddons to talk about Run For Clean air!
What: Regional family event centered around a 5k run/walk (walkers are invited and welcome!). The Run for Clean Air is a combination of an air quality-awareness event for East Tennessee and a fundraiser for the East Tennessee Clean Fuels Coalition. To learn more about ETCleanFuels and our actions/projects.
When: Saturday, May 12, 2012; registration starts onsite at 7:30am, run starts at 9am. We ask participants to have completed onsite registration by 8:30am (be there by 8:15am) so as not to delay the race start.
Where: Beautiful Cherokee Boulevard in Knoxville, TN. See the maps page for more information on the exact location, or for driving directions.
Why: To celebrate the wonderful outdoor environment that we have in East Tennessee and raise awareness for regional work that is led by the East Tennessee Clean Fuels Coalition to improve our air quality and put alternative fuels in use! This begins with what community citizens can do to help, and that is what you will find here.
Who: Anyone is invited to attend! You can put together your own Team to participate (families count as teams), and registration rates are the cheapest for Teams!! Teams must include at least 4 participants; see the Teams page for more info and the main registration page for information on the reduced fee.
Cost: Runners and walkers see the "Register" page for all registration fee information!
