In some what I would like to reject the mystical postulates which underlay some of the theories.

We live what we believe about ourlives and ourselves in the subcouncious domain. The ideas are suggested to us, we accept them and transform them into action as our realities through the force of subcouncious domain. The way to change any circumstance, bring in power, be unstabblae, transform our life, stop smoking, loose weight, be happy, stop so called karmic cycles and destiny goes through the understanding of auto-suggestion, acceptance and putting these into actions.

On this episode, I talk about the short history of this ideas and their repeated experiments and results as well as introduce the audiecne with the simple-basic mechanics and methodologies of the tecniques used by Emilo Coue and the Nancy School. I finish the episode for suggested affirmations - ideas to be used at night and in the morning, the most receptive time for the mind, the relaxed sleep induces time.

I am coming from a generational trauma and grief. Recently, by writing and performing my first theatre play, the Canine Teeth,I gained a deep and comforting insight to the healing process.

The pain is real, but it is here for a reason. That is your job to find it but I can guide you and support you through your journey. You or your loved ones are not alone.

With some simple steps, it is possible to protect yourself from mental influences of others. As thoughts are waves, they are transferable. As much as we can either use this property to influenced other people and situations, we might be affected by it too.

After talking about the laws of the universe, such as law of vibration, law of polarity, law of compensation, law of cause and effect, law of Rhythm, the mental universe, it is time to introduce how we create an effective system and practice to use these laws for our advantage, benefit as they are part of our well being and life.

The first thing is start practicing and implementing the practical excersizes to achieve a fluent and weightless application of mental influence. It is not about influencing other people although it comes as a natural consequence, it is about influencing our own mind.

After 8 years being single and working on my self non stop, I put what I preach into action and I get results. The manifestation process happens as a gradual feeling and knowing then showing your belief and trust in it.
