Dr. Duncan French is the Vice President of Performance at the UFC Performance Institute. Dr. French has a PhD in exercise physiology and has worked with all levels of athletes from Olympians to the University of Notre Dame to the English Premiere League. He is currently helping to prepare the world’s finest MMA athletes from the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas.

Rob Pacey is the founder of Sportsmith and has been sharing knowledge with sports practitioners through the Pacey Performance Podcast since 2013. With over 370 episodes under his belt as a host, it was a treat to flip the table on him to learn about his process.
