The Human Recommendation is a weekly radio show on Flirt FM 101.3 in Galway city showcasing the best of indie & alternative music from Ireland and around the globe. 

But in this special interview side project, host Damien had the opportunity to talk with Brian Thompson and Connor Freer from Pittsburgh’s Frame and Mantle. The band just released their second album 'Well of Light' and the guys spoke about their music, their city of Pittsburgh, touring, the challenges of creativity and commerce as they juggle day jobs with making music, their evolution since forming back in 2014.
The interview contains two of their tracks "Green Grove Zone" and "Failsafe".
