The Human Recommendation is a weekly radio show on Flirt FM 101.3 in Galway city showcasing the best of indie & alternative music from Ireland and around the globe. But in this special interview side project, host Damien had the opportunity to talk with Canadian producer and music artist Sasha Balazic from Tractor Beam, the "post-folk" songwriting project.
The band was founded by Balazic in the winter of 2021 while studying creative writing and marketing at the University of British Columbia. The project is currently based between the Toronto area and New York City, with a rotating cast of collaborators, contributors and friends. 
Sasha spoke about his compilation of songs for 'MONOLITHS AND THE EARLY REFLECTIONS' EP and the creative process, his role as a producer and working with other bands such as Wiles, the joy of collaboration and much more.
