There could be some relief as Russia and Turkey just agreed to a new ceasefire, but there have been ceasefire agreements in Idlib before, and they’ve collapsed. Today, we have Elizabeth Tsurkov, a fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute who has a deep network of contacts in the region.
