Episode Recap – Hunting Wives, Episode 6

Episode 6 keeps the tension simmering while pushing relationships and suspicions to the breaking point.

We open with Sophie’s messy double life catching up to her. She’s juggling her attraction to Margo, her shaky marriage with Graham, and the ever-tightening noose of Abby’s murder investigation. Margo fans the flames by drawing Sophie deeper into her orbit, blurring the line between ally and manipulator.

At the sheriff’s office, Johnny is under pressure. His deputies are fumbling, the town is buzzing with theories, and Callie is not shy about telling him to act like the “big boss” she thinks he is. The cracks in his authority show, even as he tries to hold the investigation together.

Meanwhile, Jill’s behavior grows more suspicious. Her obsession with Brad is increasingly unsettling, and whispers start to spread that she may know more about Abby’s disappearance than she lets on.

The Hunting Wives continue their nights of chaos — booze, bull-riding, and bad decisions — but even in the haze of tequila shots, doubts creep in. Loyalties are shifting, secrets are piling up, and Sophie realizes she’s becoming the perfect scapegoat.

By the end of the episode, alliances have fractured, danger is closing in, and everyone is left wondering: who can they really trust in this web of lust, lies, and murder?
