CHANGE - how many of us want it?
Many people WANT change but few do what it takes TO ACTUALLY make that change happen. Some limit themselves to the thought that things have to start at the "ideal" time, under "ideal" conditions, and with the "ideal" elements in place. NEWSFLASH: THIS IS NOT A REALISTIC WAY TO THINK.
What we want won't always fall into our lap and happen just like that. There's work involved, hard-work paired with creating habits mentally, physically, and nutritionally, joined by the glue that is known as discipline to make change come to fruition.
