Today's guest - Chris Prefontaine is a real estate investing coach who's been in the industry since 1991. We all know what happened to the American real estate market market in 2008 and Chris was also very badly hit by the crisis. However - like all great entrepreneurs, Chris just doesn't know how to give up! Ever since then, he decided to make his business more resilient - by investing in real estate on TERMS.
For those of you interested in real estate investing, this is a wonderful episode that shows you a scalable way for investing in real estate.

Hey hustlers, welcome back to another episode of the HUSTLR Podcast. Firstly, I want to apologize to our avid podcast listeners that have been following this show closely that we will not be publishing weekly episodes now as we are undergoing massive amounts of change internally over the past few months and there has been a small shift of focus. I’ll continue to try my best to publish as often as I can but we want to be pickier with who we bring onto the show as we only want to publish the best interviews we have our hands on.
Which brings me to today’s guest - Sarah Bolt from Forth. Sarah is a high growth startup founder that is in the health tracking space. Forth is an innovate biomarker tracking platform which helps people at the UK navigate their way to better health. In this episode, she shares her journey as a female startup entrepreneur in the healthcare space and growth strategies that she has used to grow her business.

Hey hustlers, welcome back for another episode of The HUSTLR Podcast. I know I have not been sticking to the publishing schedule lately but there has just been too much to do and I am looking to improve the quality of this podcast by only interviewing the best of the best in online business. Luke Sartain from UpUGo is one such example.
His story is truly a rags to riches one. Starting his business from underneath a stairwell, UpUGo is now UK's largest SEO agency in just a short 5-6 years. His story is a gritty, fulfilling story that sends out this message: "If you work hard and smart, you can get out of the rut you are in."
In this episode, we discussed SEO tactics, dealing with clients and covering your arse from potential lawsuits, as well as the mindset necessary for sustainable growth.

Hello hustlers, thanks for coming back onto the show. It's an insane time to be alive and do you know what's even more crazy? The fact that Anthony Moore is crushing making money with his writing skills during this difficult time.
A brief introduction about Anthony, he was previously an owner of a blog that didn't take off. He worked 3 years on that blog before giving up on building a blog. I don't blame him, because building a successful blog is a super difficult endeavour that less than 1% can master. He then took his writing skills onto Medium and that's where everything changed for him.
If writing is your thing and you're looking to monetize this skill or turn it into a full blown business, this episode is for you. If you finished this episode and would like to find out more about Anthony's secret on succeeding on medium, check out freelancewriterstarterpackage.com for an hour-long free training that MIGHT be able to help you make that happen!

Hey hustlers, welcome back to the show.
Today I have a fellow Authority Hacker joining us on the show today. His name is Clive Harris and he runs a very successful authority site on home improvement. Clive used to be a PPC agency owner with 11 years of experience in online marketing. 3 years ago, he decided that he wanted to build something of his own and that's when he stumbled upon building authority sites and digital assets. Fast forward 3 years later, in April 2020, he broke his record by closing £90,000 in affiliate revenue from Amazon in that month alone. Isn't that amazing?
For those of you who are interested in building digital assets, make sure you stay until the end of this episode and I guarantee you that you will benefit from this. If you'd like to learn more about Clive and his journey, check out his blog at solopreneur.co.uk
