My two cents on what makes a great Boss. I take the attitude that everyday my employees show up to help me on my mission, and I’m lucky to have them. It’s then my job to figure out how to make their job better, in all aspects. If I don’t provide more value than the competition, why would they work here? And Value doesn’t have to mean more money, usually that’s not the thing they’re looking for. Sometimes it is, but (in my opinion) it’s usually enjoyment or quality of life they’re seeking to improve to some form. Enjoy :) and drop a comment if you learned something helpful.
