HISTORY WORTH SAVING - Ernie LaPointe is a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War, and spent years wrestling with the effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after his service. This is his story of overcoming PTSD, and rediscovering the healing ways of his culture.

Part of his journey, has been proving his lineage. In 2021 LaPointe was officially recognized as the great-grandson of Sitting Bull through DNA testing.
