Imagine this…

You just had a great, tasty lunch.

Your body feels good – full but not stuffed.

You’re ready to tackle your afternoon!

But then, not even two hours later, you feel hungry again! Oh and tired.

WTF?

This happens all the time!

“How could I be hungry again?” you wonder.

You’re feeling really frustrated because you’ve noticed since the quarantine there’s some extra weight hanging around and you’re trying to be more mindful of what and how much you eat.

But the hunger is real! And it’s making it really hard to manage your calories.

What can you do?

Well, have you heard about the hypothalamus? It’s a key control area of your brain for many body functions. It has difficult time distinguishing hunger versus thirst.

So what could this hunger and fatigue actually be instead?

Dehydration.
