Chromodiversity highlights the natural diversity in DNA. This was inspired by Elliot’s own journey through the healthcare system when raising his XXY son.
Elliot’s mission was to revolutionize support for genetic and developmental differences. This would ensure families access to resources providing support for children and adults with DNA differences; allowing them to thrive. Plus he introduced the term ‘Chromodiversity’ in 2022 to depathologize genetic language. He remains committed to raising awareness and reducing the stigma of DNA differences. Elliot speaks to The I in Us about his achievements so far, including building an international team of genetic experts and ambassadors, and developing groundbreaking AI platforms like the ‘Chromodiversity Compass’. The Chromodiversity Compass empowers children to discover their strengths through personalized neurodevelopmental tracking.
