The Immensity of You
by Motivational Speaker and Recovery Coach, Mary Elliott
"Every issue, belief, attitude, or assumption is precisely the issue that stands between you and your relationship to another human being; and between you and yourself." - Gita Bellin

Setting Yourself Up for a New Year
A new year is here!  We are gifted with 365 fresh starts with each new day!! Every day is a gift!! Every day is a brand-new day we have never lived before!! The change of seasons shows us through nature how the death of the old brings in the beauty of the new.
Well, here we are at the beginning of the year 2020.
What would you like to experience within this new year? What’s working in your life? And what isn’t?
You have the power and the opportunity to create change everywhere you want it. Capture, embrace, welcome the immensity of you this year – like never before. I include both a book and a short video here to help you get your year off to the right start.

Your Book - "Your Life"
I believe you are the author of this book called “Your Life.” If you don’t like what you're experiencing right now you can create something different. Every choice we make creates our experiences. Keep following the same recipe you will keep getting the same results. Are you tired of making chocolate chip cookies? Do you crave chocolate cake? Change the ingredients and here comes that chocolate cake! Yum!

Get excited because you possess all the tools and talents you need to create what you want. BELIEVE in yourself.

Believe in Yourself
Get excited because you possess all the tools and talents you need to create what you want. BELIEVE in yourself.
How can you create positive changes in your life??
Believe or not- it starts with changing your current beliefs.
What is a belief? A thought you have over and over again.
About 80% of our thoughts we have today are the same ones we had yesterday. Well, no wonder we get stuck! The beauty of this is that we are free to think whatever we want. No one has control over our own thoughts. You’re the boss here!! So, lead! Lead yourself into positive changes by staying aware of what you’re thinking. If you are unhappy with any part of your life, your current beliefs about that situation are not serving your highest good. How do you change your beliefs??? Well, a belief is a thought you have over and over again. Be mindful of what you keep thinking about and help place yourself on a whole new path towards the direction of reaching your dreams and desires! Now that’s something that makes you want to kick off the sheets in the morning and start your day!
Ok, now we know what needs to be done. How do we make this happen… these positive changes???
FIRST
Start writing down your habitual thoughts about the situation in your life that you want positive change in. You need to know where you’re at currently with your thoughts and beliefs. Get real with yourself. Write it down so you can take a look at it.
SECOND
Now start reading and researching people who were where you are currently and obtained the success you want to create. The more you expose yourself to positive influences the stronger your thoughts will become and then you will now carry a positive belief that will support your change that you want to create. You will begin to see and open yourself up to hold empowering beliefs.
THIRD
Make sure the main people in your life, the ones you spend most of your time with are supportive.
