Me and Harrison were joined by Sophie Garratt who is an Occupational Therapist who works with Sports for Confidence.

Sophie talks about her journey through education and how she originally wanted to go into nursing but after seeing how an Occupational Therapist was with her Nan, Sophie decided to pursue this career path and because of that she is where she is today.

Sophie talks about her struggles with Dyslexia particularly in education and how that affected her mentally.

We talk about the Sport for Confidence model and how that works, i as a coach there myself it was wonderful to talk about this outside a professional setting and we talk about her work that goes within her role.

Sophie was our first studio guest so this was a pleasure recording this with her!
