Hey Everyone! 

This week I talk about art therapy, why I love it, and why I think more people should participate in it! 

On top of being an already busy week, I had to rerecord this weeks episode because, typical Marissa, kept going on tangents while painting and trying to record that the audio just wasn't worth keeping. Sorry to keep you all waiting on another episode, but it's here now! I hope you all have a fantastic start to your week, and I will be back again later this week with another episode hopefully (if capstone doesn't completely consume my every waking moment).
