One of the easiest ways to raise your collective vibration and create more positivity is by practicing laughter. Laughter is not only enjoyable, but it also has health benefits. It helps to release tension and stress, and it can even boost your immune system. When you laugh, you are also releasing positive energy into the world.  Make sure to set aside some time each day for laughter, either with yourself or others. Whether it’s a short giggle or a full-blown belly laugh doesn't matter. The important thing is that you take the time to enjoy it and have fun! You will be surprised at how much better you feel after having a good laugh. So, remember to add laughter into your daily life, and you will be sure to raise the collective vibration!
