In this episode, Kelly discusses the importance of contrasts in our lives. Mastery of our minds, our thoughts, feelings is essential for building our capacity to be mindful, compassionate and loving. Understanding contrasts within our mind and our ability to feel contrasts of stepping in and out of judgement, loving kindness and how we register those contrasts is a key to being able to be emotionally responsible and present. Communicating with our Selves is the foundation of being self aware. Being present is all about communication.
