In this episode, I revisit my reflections on a 4-day-long Leadership Accelerator Retreat that I attended last year. This immersion program broke down who we are as humans and how we show up in our relationships and business.

Each day, the program started at 10 am and ended at 11 pm. Sounds long, right? That’s exactly what I thought before I got there. But what I quickly learned is that time doesn’t exist when you’re fully immersed in an experience. When you commit yourself fully to being present, time is the last thing on your mind. That’s just one of the many lessons I took away from the weekend.
